Analysis of Auckland City Rental Price Changes.

    Chase Property Management analyzes year on year bond lodgement statistics from the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment to keep touch with the performance of Aucklands rental prices and market rent inflation.

    The information and tables below compare bond lodgement statistics for Auckland City rental property for the periods: Jul-Dec 2013 & Jul-Dec 2014.

    Chase Property Management uses this information in conjunction with other sources when considering fair market rent increases and rental advertising prices.  Please note that this information is historical and the rental property market is subject to change.  Property types with fewer bond lodgements will show greater variances and as such we would only put weight on property types with a significant number of lodgements.

    This sample of our analysis of Aucklands rental price movements is for entertainment purpose only, Chase Property Management acknowledges that the source for this information is the Ministry of Building Innovation and Employment (MBIE) with our Property Managers simply analysing publicized data.
