Trademe Viewing tracker issue apology May 2020

Dear Prospective Tenants, 

This post serves as our apology for current inconvenience in the process of inquiring about and attending viewings during level 3 lockdown.

Trademe has recently undergone an update which has removed the quality communication function which viewingtracker provided our viewers.  The easy link to viewing tracker has been removed, and where formerly we would take your inquiry and seek to set viewings to suit, now to show any signs of viewing tracker we need to set a time beforehand.

The ability to gather all the many inquiries in viewingtracker and more importantly in one place greatly improves our ability to respond to your inquires and facilitate convenient viewings.

Trademe is aware of the problem and we hope it will soon be resolved.
