We have an excellent house here that offers all the things we look for in a great rental property we would call home, sitting in a great location, with plenty of parking both off street and a double garage, easy care lawns, with a nice outdoor area at the front and a private outdoor area at the back of the property which also has space for a vege garden, and a few fruit trees.

Walk in the front door and be greeted by an entrance foyer big enough for the families shoes and coats,  to the right a lounge with fireplace, sunroom, and a study/ office nook.
To the left is the dining and kitchen, the kitchen is fresh and modern, and has a decent sized pantry.  Nearby is the guest bathroom/ main toilet, and bathroom with both bath and shower, great for the little ones.

This really is a great rental property, and is only a stones throw from wairau intermediate school and inside the westlake college and carmel college zone.
